Step 2 of 3: Obtain and prepare your college transcript and optional supplementary document

You must obtain your OFFICIAL college transcript, including your most recently completed term, prior to April 1st. You will upload this document in PDF format only, or it can be mailed separately by April 1 (or first business day following, should April 1 fall on a weekend or holday) to the following address:
West Scholarship Committee, c/o U. S. Bank, PO Box 3168, Portland, OR 97208

You may supply any further records, citations, honors, or other documents combined into a single PDF document which you feel may augment your application.
